Before the internet was invented all this implied being physically present somewhere in order to witness whatever was taking place: human activities, farming, people.
Nowadays this is no longer a key factor. The internet neutralizes distances and we can see, hear, witness whatever happens miles away from us. We can interact, step in for what we feel is important to us.

This is where our idea or e-breeding, (breeding via internet) springs from: to see, hear, understand what actually happens "behind the scene". The so called "Behind the scenes" of our food production was (and often still is) a forbidden access.
We believe this should no longer be a "no can do". Why should it? There should be nothing to keep secret…(unless, of course, as in the case of mass food production, there is some little thingy to hide..).
Our Systems aim at showing you as an active participant what happens to your food before it gets your table and in your dishes. To adopt (ad-option) in the e-Breeding System means to attend and reconnect to your food at a distance: through our periodically updated video downloads made available free of charge on our website-projects.

The animal lives and their welfare, moving freely around wide, wild and pristine territories. This is how you get to know your farmer, your butcher, your food. This is a responsible act. The internet is where you meet, understand, ask, get involved, contact us, trust ours and the farmers work. A consumer-friendly environment, your personal, guaranteed, food chain. Together with our partner family farms we agreed upon using also unique, cutting-edge technology: genetic map coding. When we said "beyond" we meant it.

We see the web as an operating field where human activities, never before shown and followed via web, are born to a new life and a new audience. "Simulation" (yet concerning actual human and rural activities) is another word for it, though in its extremely useful and interesting meaning.
This is an invitation for you to remote attend together with us such food miracles. This is the meaning we intend when speaking of adopting your food: the world wide web allow us to pursue and actually achieve it. Now, this is "global".

E-Growing System The key words that allow us to introduce you to the e-growing (on-line vegetables growing) concepts come from what Wendel Berry says: "we need to become aware that eating is above all a rural act".
